A Cozy Nook as a Mudroom

Isn't this a great mudroom.  I crave this type of room everytime it rains and I have to let in my muddy golden retreiver or my son comes home from school ready to dump everything and run for the fridge.

Christmas Mud Room Inspiration

I so want a mud room someday and when I do this is how I'm going to decorate at Christmas.

The kitchen / family room off of it would work for me as well.

At this time of year we can all use one of these

There are days like today when I really wish we had a mud room.  It's been raining heavily for the last few days and our poor dog desperately needed a run this morning.  She made up for lost time, but picture a Golden Retriever with dirty legs and paws and you can see why this room would be perfect for me.
